Warranty claims are handled directly by the Australian distributor or manufacturer of the product. Warranty information is in most cases an in-box inclusion with each product. If you think there is a fault or defect with an item that you received, please contact us immediately, our customer service team will be able to advise if there is a manufacturers fault, and what we can do to assist you in this case.


Please note all items shown on our website are covered by the relevant Australian warranty, however you may return items for warranty claims to our New Zealand returns depot in Auckland and we will arrange for them to be sent to Australia, at no cost to you.
