FULL WARRANTY
Many products come with a manufacturers warranty, warranties are individual to each product, and held with the manufacturer or distributor of the brand.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims are handled directly by the Australian distributor or manufacturer of the product. Warranty information is in most cases an in-box inclusion with each product. If you have any queries you can contact us and Detectors Down Under will advise of the process, and any contact details for your convenience.
FAULTY GOODS
If you think there is a fault or defect with an item that you received, please contact us immediately, our customer service team will be able to advise if there is a manufacturers fault, and what we can do to assist you in this case.
